General T&Cs

  • Members must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Membership is only available within Australia.

  • Each membership is for one (1) person/member.

  • All wine allocation packs have the15% member-only discount applied and free shipping.

  • Complimentary wine flights are for you, our wine club member and one (1) friend when you visit our Tasting Room.

  • A maximum of two complimentary flights are redeemable at each visit.

  • Complimentary wine flights are capped at eight (8) flights per membership per calendar year.

  • CRFT Wine club terms and conditions are subject to change.

  • The Tasting Room discount ‘Wine flight redeemable on purchase of 3 or more bottles’ is not valid for wine club member purchases. This discount is only valid on full price wine purchases.

  • Stock availability, wine prices and terms & conditions are subject to change at any time. Changes to the wine pack allocation pricing will be reviewed twice a year and changes will be notified in writing prior to being charged.

Membership and Allocations

  • By joining the CRFT Wine Club you are agreeing to a financial commitment to receive two (2) allocation deliveries of wine, based on the membership type chosen - this includes the first allocation wine pack purchased at joining and the next allocation wine pack due for shipment after your join up date. You may cancel your membership at any time after the first two deliveries. To cancel your membership please email us.

  • For plan details and the upcoming payment date, please log into the Member Portal where you can view the Plan amount and Plan Schedule (upcoming payment date).

  • Members can suspend/pause membership only after the first two allocations have been shipped and for a maximum of one allocation. Please email us at least 4 weeks prior to your upcoming allocation.

  • While a membership is suspended/paused there is no access to any of the member benefits (15% discount, comp flights, free shipping etc) until the next allocation payment has been received.

  • Allocation wine packs have the member-only 15% discount applied and include free shipping.

  • Members can change their allocation preference at any time or add more than one allocation. Please email us.

  • The customer acknowledges that allocation payments will be automatically deducted based on their chosen allocation option.

  • If you join within 8 weeks of an upcoming allocation, you have the option to suspend that allocation. It is the members responsibility to let us know - please email us club@crftwines.com.au.

  • We endeavour to include new releases, however wines are those available at time of delivery and substitutions may be made if wines are unavailable or sold out. Substitutions will match the allocation preference and include the 15% discount.

Shipping - Member Shop Purchases

  • The minimum order through the member shop is 3x 750mL bottles of any selection. Wines must be ordered in multiples of 3 (eg 3 bottles, 6 bottles, 9 bottles, 12 bottles etc).

  • The minimum order does not apply to Magnums which can be purchased by the bottle (see below for Magnum Shipping information).

  • Shipping is free on purchases of 6 or more 750mL bottles.

  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20 on 3-bottle purchases of 750mL bottles.

  • We aim to ship orders received through the Member Shop within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3 to 14 business days (from shipment) for your wine to arrive with Australia Post.

  • Wine can be shipped to PO Boxes, Parcel collect locations and physical addresses (residential or business).

  • Members must keep their shipping and billing details current. CRFT Wines is not liable for costs associated with incorrect details and redirection fees.

  • Free shipping offer excludes magnums - magnum shipping is charged at $20 for the purchase of one (1) magnum. For two (2) or more magnums, shipping is charged at $10 per magnum. Shipping will be added at checkout. There is no free shipping offer on magnums.

  • Our wines are sent with Australia Post. In the warmer months, great care is taken to avoid sending wines in a heatwave. If it is too hot to send your wine, we will contact you. 

  • Wine can be left without signature, please selected the Authority to leave (ATL) option when joining. CRFT Wines will not take responsibility for wines left without signature at the customer’s request. As of May 2019, there is an ATL ban on alcohol deliveries within the NT, wine must be signed for upon delivery.

  • In the event that your wine is damaged on arrival, we will happily send a replacement. Please contact us asap and we will arrange for the damaged wine to be returned to us and a replacement sent. It would be helpful to photograph the damaged goods when received.

Shipping - Allocation Wine Packs

  • Allocations packs are sent at the optimal release time of the wines as detailed on the wine club website.

  • For plan details and scheduled payment, please log into the Member Portal where you can view the Plan amount and Plan Schedule (upcoming payment date).

  • Allocation wines are shipped within 7 business days of processing the allocation payment. If you wish to collect your wine pack at the Tasting Room, please let us know.

  • Shipment notification with tracking details will be emailed by Australia Post once the allocation pack is shipped.

  • Delivery details must be kept current by members through the member portal. Changes to shipping address must be made prior to each allocation payment being processed. Parcels are unable to be redirect once shipped. Members are responsible for all costs incurred for undeliverable shipments due to lapsed information

  • If you are away on holidays or need to delay delivery, please let us know. The payment will still be processed on the due date but wine can be held and sent when requested.

Billing

  • To ensure the highest level of safety, we do not store your credit card details. Credit card details are held temporarily and securely by our reoccurring payment processor, Moonclerk. Moonclerk's privacy policy can be found here.

  • Moonclerk processes payments using Stripe. Stripe accepts payments under the highest levels of online security. For information on their security policy, visit Stripe.
